The Reference Department at the Public Library of Mount Vernon and Knox County is here to assist you in using the Library and its many information resources. We are located on the main level of the main branch in Mount Vernon, just to the left of the Circulation Desk.

Located adjacent to our reference desk is the Genealogy room, where we keep our research material, including back copies of the Mount Vernon News on microfilm.
